About Roxanne Hess
In 1998 I attended a cosmetology school in Palm Spring, California. In 1999, I began working part-time as a receptionist at the
prestigious JRusslle Hair Salon in Palm Spring, California. The experience I gained has enabled me to understand and recognize the needs and expectations of clients who enjoy pampering in 5-star salons.
From 2001 to 2007, I discovered my passion for enhancing people’s beauty and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, to work as a freelance makeup artist and stylist. Working with American models and entertainers was an important part of
my career, allowing me to travel and work with amazing clients from all over the world.
In 2008, I met the love of my life and moved to Cologne, Germany. Living in Europe gave me the opportunity to travel and
experience my favorite passion. Wellness and spa treatments became a tradition and a way of life as I explored and traveled
to spas like ESPA, Althof Grand Hotel Spa, Four Seasons World Spas, and all the mineral spas throughout Germany.
I discovered another passion: I loved being pampered with quality and good service, which allowed me to enhance my
personal well-being.
2015-2016 I began a cosmetics training program at the Schick Academy in Cologne, where I received an international BFD
diploma as a cosmetician. Through this program, I learned a great deal about wellness massages and skincare. Treating,
protecting, and maintaining healthy, natural, and beautiful skin became another passion.
In 2017 I successfully completed training as a permanent make-up stylist, which means I can help my clients achieve
not only wellness but also timeless beauty with high quality.
In 2019, I enjoyed being self-employed, so I opened Hess Atelier. I can finally indulge my passion for beauty, wellness, and
aesthetics, with the goal of helping everyone I meet discover their own most beautiful face.
